Due to the nature of products sold on CBDlitica.com, we have a No Return Policy on All Products. This includes but not limited to: all liquid products, topicals, edibles, coils/pods, cartridges, and batteries.
CBDlitica is offering a 14-day return policy on defective merchandise. Any defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note that we may request for you to email photos and/or videos of defective merchandise prior to return approval. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on shipping the item back to us. All items must be returned in the condition received, including original packaging.
If applicable, we will email you the troubleshooting steps. Troubleshooting steps are required to speed up the return process and assist you in avoiding any return processing fees. Any refund, store credit or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed. Upon receipt of a return that tests to be functional (no defect or damage), the applicable shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. If your original shipping was free, our cost of shipping your order will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged or Lost Items
Each product is inspected and appropriately packaged before shipment. CBDlitica is not responsible for any loss or damage of the merchandise once the item is left with the carrier. All lost or damaged claims must be submitted directly to a carrier.
Wrong Item Received
